Gwen is meant to meet Count Saint-Germain, but her mother doesn’t want her to.Gideon de Villiers is assigned to watch over Gwen.Another cousin, Lucy, previously stole the first time travel machine, so this machine is the second.Some of Gwen’s blood is put into the time travel machine so she can use it to help control her power.Gwen has to prove to everyone that she can time travel and that she is the final twelfth time traveller.Turns out that Gwen’s mother has amended Gwen’s documentation to make it seem like she wasn’t the true time travel heir.Lesley, Gwen’s best friend, tells Gwen that she must tell her mother what’s going on.She ends up kissing someone at a ball in the 1700’s. Gwen jumps through time twice more and it goes horribly.
